FIG Africa Regional Network and FIG Young Surveyors are happy to announce the 2023 FIG Mentoring Programme for Africa that will run between June and September 2023.

One of the ways of sustaining any profession, and organization is, not just the transfer ofskills, but also the institutional memory of the profession - the intergenerational transfer ofknowledge, experience and inspiration towards building a stronger future. A mentoringprogramme is an important way of transferring the institutional memory of the profession,to support the future of the profession, and bring surveyors all over the world closer. In 2022 a mentoring pilot programme was held in the Africa
region. This programme now scales up. |
FIG Africa Regional Network and FIG Young Surveyors are looking for mentors and mentees:
Are you a surveyor with at least three years
post-registration experience? Share learnings, reflections,
guidance and accumulated wisdom ... Mentor Application
Are you a young surveyor (<35 years old)? Learn from someone who has a wider and broader experience than you ... Mentee Application
Mentor - mentee pairs will follow a structured programme engaging on five topics of relevance to African practitioners.
